FAQs

Games

How do the games work?

All the machines operate on our custom tokens. Each token is $0.50 and our games take anywhere from one to three tokens, most requiring two to play.

How do I aquire tokens?

Tokens are available at the bar, the token desk and the token machine at the back of the pinball room. We suggest a 10 token cup for $5 as a good place to start. We accept all major payment methods.

If I don’t use my tokens, can I return them?

Sorry but token sales are final. You are free to use your tokens on a future visit, or at our other location, Quazar’s Arcade.

Are any of the pinball machines for two players?

Every pinball machine made after 1980 is up to 4 players. To start a multiplayer game, add enough tokens so there is a credit for each player and press the start button once for each player. You will notice a ’00’ score for each player added. Now take turns playing. Watch out for extra balls that might be awarded!

Do your pinball machines break down often?

Everyday. It’s not easy keeping 40 machines running seven days a week, especially given that many of them are over 30 years old. Hats off to our talented team of technicians that keep them clean and operational for everyone’s enjoyment. Feel free to buy them a beer.

Is it true that I should bump a pinball machine?

Contrary to what the Fonz taught an entire generation, pinball machines do not respond well to being severely jostled. A bit of nudging is okay, but best left to the more experienced players. As a general rule, if you are tilting out, you are being to hard on the machine. If you move a pinball machine across the floor, you will be asked to leave.

How do I stop the ball from going straight down the middle?

Spend all your free time and money playing pinball. Dedicate your life to the craft. Become one with the machine. Achieve enlightenment and find happiness. Then don’t put the ball in a place where it is going to go straight down the middle.

Can I submit my high score?

Absolutely! We have house leaderboards above all the machines. The instructions for submitting a score are on each machine. Just snap a photo of the score and scan the QR code to submit it.

Is there a pinball league?

Yup! Wednesday night are league nights. We are an IFPA registered location so you can play for points, Show up by 6:45 to sign in. League runs from 7-10pm. More details can be found on the ‘Upcoming Events’ page

Food & Drink

Do you have vegan pizza?

Yes, our regular pizza dough is vegan already, and we can substitute a coconut based vegan cheese onto our pizzas. The white sauce base pizzas must be subbed for a red sauce base to be vegan.

Do you have a gluten free pizza crust?

Yes, we make our own gluten free pizza dough in house. It contains a small amount of whey and so it is not dairy free. Our white sauce base contains flour so they must be subbed for a red sauce base to be gluten free. We do our absolute best to limit cross contamination, however there are lots of flour products in our facility and we do recognize that some allergies are more severe than others. We only have one oven, so the pizzas are cooked in the same oven with the same air circulation. If you have specific questions about the ingredients and processes please email us directly and we will reach out to you.
